Password reset required to access My Portal areas of the site

The Healthier Washington Collaboration Portal ( has completed a security and functionality update to our website. Anyone returning to the My Portal area of the site for the first time since the update must reset their password. Here's what to do:

Step 1

Go to the Log in page and click Reset Your Password

Step 2

Provide the email address you previously used to access WA Portal. 

Step 3

Check your email for a message from Healthier Washington ( that will include a temporary log in link. If the message does not arrive within a few minutes, check your Junk Email folder. Click the link provided in the email and then click Log in.

Step 4

  • You will be directed to your Portal account information page.  
  • Enter a strong password.
  • Update any other information in your account as needed.
  • Click Save.

Step 5

You may now access any portions of the Portal that you are a member of. Have fun collaborating!
