1.) Develop a collaborative and progressive policy agenda
- Design the advocacy roadmap through policy analysis to get certification
- Sustainable funding for CHW Workforce
2.) Educate organizations on
- Value of CHWs and other peers (people with lived experience)
- Sustainable funding resources for CHW Workforce
Success Measure(s):
- Communication system with Health Boards & other advocacy groups & CHW Champions (learn from them, build relationships)
- Communicate in other languages and be culturally aware
- Organize and complete advocacy training
- Identify CHW/Promotora Champions
