Congratulations on finishing Year 1!
During the first year of the implementation of the TPP Tier 2 Innovation and Impact Network Grant in Washington State, formal partnerships were formed with six organizations. In an extremely short Year 1 project period, all implementation partners engaged youth and stakeholders in their projects to improve access to and experience with sexual health care for youth and young adults.
Big kudos to Greater Destiny Church, Nisqually Health, Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board, Planned Parenthood Great Northwest, Hawaii, Alaska, Indiana and Kentucky, Public Health Seattle-King County, and Sea Mar Community Health Center!
Washington Youth Sexual Health Survey
So far, we have had an amazing response rate for the WYSH survey. There are currently over 5,000 responses from youth across Washington State. The high response rate will allow for data analysis at the local or population specific level and we can learn directly from youth about their experiences with sexual health education and care.
The survey is still open and will be live until October 8. We encourage you to disseminate widely to all youth that you work with! Access all the dissemination materials here.
