DOH’s Contracts and Procurement Team have begun distributing June Amendments to the Consolidated Contract to local health jurisdictions. Statements of Work associated with this amendment are available now in the Upload Center on the DOH Finance SharePoint site. Site members can find their jurisdiction’s current and most recent consolidated contracts, amendments, statements of work, A19 resources and much more all in one convenient location. We will continue sending email announcements with important updates and links to resources.
