The Nomination Form opens on Monday, March 13, 2023 and closes on Sunday, April 23, 2023 at 11:59 PM PST. The Community Advisory Council will score and review Nomination Forms from May through July 2023. Selected rural and urban zones will be announced in July 2023. An interview may be conducted with the highest-scored nominees if a selection is not possible on the basis of the nomination materials alone. In this case, interviews will be held during the week of July 10-14, 2023. After zones are announced, all nominees who were not selected will have an opportunity to request feedback on their Nomination Form.
