What is My Portal?

My Portal features functionalities created with you in mind. The WA Portal provides tools to support both clinical and community-based services across the state. We provide a secure workspace for communities to come together, collaborating as “Teams” to work on shared goals and interests. You can share documents, open exchanges, add links to important resources, and much more. We continue to develop functionalities in response to our partners' requests.  Join the community now!

how to: Find, Join, or Create a Team

Joining or creating a team provides a collaboration opportunity - you can share resources, participate in discussion forums (Exchanges), and upload documents.  Get started now by finding, joining, or creating a team.

On your My Portal dashboard's right navigation, under Quick Links, you will see a link to Create or Join a Team, an interactive page where you'll be able to find established teams across Washington State. A team can be:

  • in one location (such as a practice site)
  • virtual - based on a shared interest or other criteria

Team Managers should respond quickly to your request to join a team but, if not, contact the WA Portal team
