Taking proactive steps to address dementia

The Washington State Department of Health (DOH) Healthy Aging Program, in partnership with the Dementia Action Collaborative of Washington, has awarded grants to communities to increase awareness of brain health and dementia. These pages are intended to provide grant awardees with the information and tools they need to conduct grant activities and provide links to supporting resources.
