Taking proactive steps to address dementia
The DOH’s Healthy Aging Program, in partnership with the Dementia Action Collaborative of Washington, has awarded grants for brain health and dementia awareness (PDF) to community and faith-based partners. On this page, grant awardees can find documents and resources to support their grant activities, as well as educational sessions and tools to implement the Brain Health & Dementia Awareness in our Communities (BDAC) curriculum.
