Nominations open for ‘Complete Streets Awards’

DOH is currently accepting nominations for the Complete Streets Award Program. The awards provide funding to help cities, counties, and tribes create streets that are safe for all users, including bicyclists, pedestrians, motorists, and public transportation users. Awards range from $100,000 to $1 million.

The Washington State Transportation Improvement Board manages the award process and the authorization of funds. DOH is one of eight established nominating partners asked to send nominations for the Complete Streets Award to the state board.
