2022-2024 Consolidated Contracts available now

The draft 2022-2024 Consolidated Contract (ConCon) is available in your local health jurisdiction’s folder in the Upload Center on DOH’s Finance SharePoint site.

Please review the draft, which contains updated Revised Code of Washington (RCW) references, minor verbiage changes, and an addition to Federal Assurances and Certifications.

The most significant difference from past Consolidated Contracts is that the initial contract for 2022-2024 will be executed without Statements of Work. This means no Exhibits and no funding details so that the core contract can be executed without delay and focus can shift to establishing the initial Statements of Work in November and December for the new term beginning January 1, 2022.

Please provide questions or feedback concerning the draft 2022-2024 Consolidated Contract no later than Friday, October 8, 2021, to Finance@DOH.wa.gov. We appreciate your time to ensure the core contract will be amenable to your entity and able to be executed promptly. Significant questions may require review with DOH’s Attorney General, and our timeline takes this into consideration to not cause delay for the November 1 contract distribution date.
