DOH is looking for heartwarming, brave, or meaningful stories about health equity in your community. We’re gathering stories and strategies from LHJs and community partners about the critical public health work you’re doing and the impact you’re making, particularly in communities with inequitable access to health care. We share these stories with FEMA to demonstrate how Washington’s public health and health care professionals are using FEMA dollars and support to make a difference and save lives.
