IHS to fund behavioral health programs that serve American Indians and Alaska Natives

Indian Health Services (IHS) announced $46.4 million to fund prevention and intervention programs in Indian Country. IHS funding opportunities include substance abuse prevention, suicide prevention and intervention, domestic violence prevention, forensic health care, and behavioral health integration. Applications are due February 2, 2022.
