Care-A-Van now offers monkeypox vaccine clinics

The state Department of Health Care-A-Van is expanding mobile services to include monkeypox (MPV) vaccine clinics. If you’re interested in requesting a Care-A-Van MPV clinic in your jurisdiction, complete the MPV Clinic Request Form. Mobile clinic requests must be submitted at least two weeks before an event.

Community-based organizations and partners are required to request Care-A-Van clinics through their local health jurisdiction or tribal health partners. We will work with you to bring the Care-a-Van to your jurisdiction.
