HPV forecast document reflects new vaccination recommendation 

On January 20, 2023, the Washington State Immunization Information System (IIS) updated the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine forecast to start at age nine.

This Quick Reference Guide gives a visual representation of how the vaccination change is presented in the IIS. There are no major differences in the IIS from a user and technical perspective other than the age of the vaccine forecast has changed to nine. HPV vaccines do not need to be entered differently into the IIS than before this forecast update.
