Get latest data on prevalence of cancer risk, incidents for residents of Washington state

The Cancer Consortium recently released its 2023 Community Health Needs Assessment report (PDF). The Cancer Consortium is a collaboration between Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, the University of Washington, and Seattle Children’s Hospital.

The report describes the burden of cancer in Washington, including the prevalence of cancer risk factors, screening and preventive behaviors, and cancer incidence and mortality rates from 2015-2019. It also includes the burden of cancer in communities to identify areas of ongoing and future cancer research.
