DOH updated the COVID-19 Self-Testing Guidance to remove the recommendation that people report their COVID-19 self-test results through Say Yes! COVID Test. If a person needs support while they isolate, they can call the DOH Care Connect Hotline at 1-833-453-0336 to report their positive test result.

All other COVID-19 reporting requirements and recommendations, including the requirement to report positive results from laboratories and point-of-care testing, remain unchanged.
