DOH Grants Dashboard

DOH leaders remain committed to communicating with contractors and partners as soon as we’ve identified funding is at risk. Partners should reach out to their DOH contract manager for questions about potential impacts of a grant nearing expiration or impacted by a pause in federal funding.

This dashboard provides a list of federal grants awarded to DOH as the prime recipient or direct grantee from 10/1/2019 (FFY2020) through today. The Dashboard User Guide (PDF) provides definitions and basic instructions for using Power BI.

Use it to identify the following:

  • Federal grants we are managing today (active budget) and those that have ended (inactive budget) along with their corresponding federal budget periods.
  • Federal grants in various statuses such as “current - fully funded,” “current - partially funded,” or “grant terminated.”
  • The number of contracts DOH has executed with other entities that are funded by each grant.
  • The number of DOH positions funded wholly or in part in the last 4 months by each grant.
  • The DOH organizational unit managing each grant.

This dashboard does not provide the following information:

  • Grant expenditure details (i.e., where DOH currently stands in spending down a given grant, balances remaining).
  • Grant funds carried forward from one budget period to another.
  • Grant project periods.
  • Entirely new federal grants that DOH has applied for but not yet been awarded.
  • Grants led by other agencies where DOH receives interagency payments for its activities.

For questions about the federal funding of grants contact Director of Budget Strategies and Forecasting Adam Anfinson.
