Public Water System Coordination (RCW 70A.100)
This RCW walks through the development of critical water systems and ensure that they meet regional needs, applying for state financial assistance, and ensure standards of quality, safety, and pressure.

Public Water Supply Systems - Operators (RCW 70A.120)
The Secretary of Health has the authority to receive assistance from the federal government, other states, and public or private agencies.
Public Water Systems - Penalties and Compliance (RCW 70A.125)
The Secretary of Health or their designee, may declare a public health emergency (RCW 70A.125.030) and from that point on there can be violations and penalties imposed.
Local governments have may establish separate operating permit requirements for public water systems (RCW 70A.125.130) provided the operating permit requirements have been approved by the department.
