Care coordination support still available to people with COVID-19

DOH would like your help to spread the word that Care Connect Washington continues to offer food, personal care kits, and financial assistance to people who need to isolate or quarantine due to COVID-19. Care coordination services make it easier for people to stay home to help slow the spread of the illness.
