An on-the-go card that includes tips and reminders for starting productive conversations about vaccines. Print and share the card with clients if they want to start their own vaccine conversations.

The printed version can be cut out of an 8½ x 11” piece of paper and folded.

• Print versions are black-and-white and can be printed at home or in the office and taken on the go.
• All versions of the toolkit materials are also available without the DOH logo, if you’re working with clients who are distrustful of government entities. We recommend using the version with the DOH logo for clients who consider the Department of Health as a trusted source.
