Syringe Services Programs and Naloxone Distribution

Syringe Services Programs are community-based public health programs that provide critical services in nonjudgmental environments to people who use syringes. Services include sterile injecting supplies and safe disposal, and access to healthcare, treatment, and support. Naloxone is a medication that can save lives by reversing the effects of an opioid overdose. More information about drug user health can be found on the Department of Health website.
