To create a new My Portal user account please register using your email address and provide the required information below. (If your work is not associated with an Accountable Community of Health, click "I don't know" in the Your ACH field.) You'll receive an email, which will include a one-time password, from the_team@waportal.org.  You may need to add this address to your safe senders folder. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours,  please check your spam folder before requesting assistance. Please be aware that My Portal provides a password-protected collaboration space. It is not HIPAA compliant, though.
