Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) applications for both the 2023 Construction Loan and Lead Service Line Loan open on October 2. These low-interest construction loans are open to publicly owned (municipal) and privately owned drinking water systems to pay for infrastructure improvements that increase public health and compliance with drinking water regulations.
