Problem-Solving Counseling for Depression
Problem-Solving Treatment (PST) is a short-term form of psychotherapy developed for primary care and community settings. It is also known as structured problem solving and focuses on improving coping skills. This therapy has been proven effective for the conditions most commonly treated in primary care – depression and anxiety.
