How to request PPE from state backstop

The state personal protective equipment (PPE) backstop is available to help support state, local, and tribal agencies, and other partners through the COVID-19 pandemic. As the state transitions away from how we met PPE needs during the peak of the pandemic, we are working to get PPE to the local level, where it is most useful.

Now is the time to submit requests for PPE to the state backstop

State, local, and tribal agencies, associations, and businesses (including childcare programs and camps) are encouraged and eligible to order PPE to return their PPE backstops to pre-COVID-19 levels (prior to January 20, 2020), and build up to a 90-day supply to support COVID-19 related responses.

How to order PPE

Complete both order forms below and submit them to your local county emergency manager, who can also answer questions about the forms.
