Youngest children can now get the Pfizer bivalent boosters after receiving complete Pfizer monovalent series
DOH released Pfizer six months through four years of age Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine (monovalent and bivalent) standing order (PDF). This is following the new recommendation for children ages six months to four years who previously completed a three-dose monovalent Pfizer-BioNTech primary series to receive one bivalent Pfizer-BioNTech booster dose at least two months after completion of the monovalent primary series.
You can find this and other Standing Orders on DOH's website Clinical Information for COVID-19 Vaccine Providers page.
