Bringing the findings of the MMRP 2023 Report to the Legislature to the community. We will build a regionally/locally based community partner group to provide input on actions to reduce risks and preventable mortality from the communities directly affected by these outcomes.

The Maternal Mortality Review Panel, MMRP, Across Washington is a series of regional meetings in Washington State. Staff from local host sites, along with University of Washington Family Medicine and Washington Department of Health presenters will convene 2-hour discussions with community members. Providing information and, most powerful, listening to the voices of communities most impacted by maternal mortality.

- In-person opportunity to provide feedback on findings regarding risks of maternal mortality and ideas to improve care for perinatal patients
- Options for continued community input to WA DOH
Who should attend?
Any representatives from community-based organizations, coalitions, patient advocates, and those with lived experience, in addition to community-based maternal child health providers.
