Power to Decide: One Key Question
One Key Question
One Key Question® is the groundbreakingly simple way to transform how we support women’s power to decide if, when, and under what circumstances to get pregnant. One Key Question® encourages primary care providers and others to routinely ask women about their reproductive health needs.
The notion behind One Key Question® is simple—it asks all health providers and champions who support women to routinely ask: “Would you like to become pregnant in the next year?” We offer training and technical assistance to provider networks, community organizations, and others interested in being certified as a One Key Question® provider or institution.
More than 30 organizations have endorsed One Key Question®, including the following:
- The American Public Health Association
- National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health
- Physicians for Reproductive Health
- Committee Opinion from the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists
