Community Collaborative Meetings Learn about and join the Community Collaborative, a collective comprising of members who are involved from many different sectors in uplifting communities that have experienced the devastating impacts of COVID-19 through co-designing recovery efforts with the goal of eliminating further harms on Black, Indigenous, communities of color and all those facing harm due to systemic racism and oppression.
WA DOH Power of Providers (POP) Program

The Power of Providers (POP) Initiative helps to combat the devastation of the COVID-19 pandemic. With thousands of health care providers represented, POP efforts have contributed to our state having one of the highest vaccination rates in the country.

WA DOH Care Connect

Care Connect Washington is a partnership between the Department of Health, eight regional hubs, and more than 100 local care coordinators in communities across the state. The Care Connect system strengthens communities by helping people achieve stability and better health. Local care coordinators work with a person to help them apply for programs such as unemployment benefits, subsidized housing or child care, food assistance programs such as SNAP or WIC, Apple Health, and more. Care Connect provides the information people need in their preferred language.
